COMMUNITY WELLNESS

The Honey & Chi Community Wellness Program was created as a sanctuary for BIPOC women to gather, heal, and renew. Rooted in compassion and cultural reverence, this program provides restorative practices that nurture both individual well-being and collective resilience.

What We Offer

Our community programming blends holistic modalities with culturally attuned care, offering spaces where BIPOC women can rest, connect, and thrive. Each gathering is designed to affirm identity, release stress, and cultivate joy through practices such as:

  • Community Healing Circles – safe, sacred spaces for meditation, storytelling, and collective renewal.

  • Rooted Resilience Workshops – immersive sessions focused on stress relief, emotional intelligence, and reclaiming joy.

  • One-to-One Community Care – accessible, sliding-scale support for personalized guidance.

Honey & Chi is launching a series of pilot workshops in New York City, designed to refine our healing models and ensure they meet the deepest needs of the communities we serve. These gatherings will offer restorative practices, cultural care, and space for reflection—while giving participants the opportunity to shape the future of our wellness offerings.

We are currently inviting a small group of BIPOC women to be screened for attendance. If you feel called to take part, share your voice, and contribute to the co-creation of healing spaces rooted in reverence and renewal, we would love to hear from you.

Space is limited. Please reach out today to express your interest and begin the screening process.
