Cancellation Policy

At Honey & Chi, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as sick children, car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a holistic wellness session.

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding wellness experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our practitioner’s time, we have adopted the following policies:

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Your booked time slot is reserved for you only.  There is no refund or option to reschedule if you fail to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are made the same day do not have an option for rescheduling in the case of a client being a no show. The reason for this is we are already within the 24-hour cancellation period when the appointment was booked.

 

There will be no refund or rescheduling for sessions not canceled within the 24-hour time frame.

A credit card payment will be required for all scheduled appointments to guarantee and reserve that time for you. If you need to make a change to your reservation on the day of the service, such as moving the appointment time, a fee may be applied due to limited availability.

Remember, we value our time as well as yours, and there are many clients looking for holistic wellness appointments at the last minute. Cancellations or no-shows do cost us money. We are not only here to help you feel better but to make a living as well. Your business and wellbeing are both of importance to us.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

 

If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

 

In the event that our practitioner arrives to your appointment late, the missed time will either be added to an upcoming session or added to the current session if practitioner’s schedule allows.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

We do not offer refunds on payments made for sessions or bundles.

 

SICKNESS POLICY

 

Honey & Chi recognizes that both practitioners and clients are vulnerable to infections and given that we ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell and we will do the same for you. If you have any of the following contagious illnesses the holistic wellness session will be rescheduled:

Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Sore Throat, Poison Ivy, Flu, Chicken Pox, Head Lice, Impetigo, Ringworm, Common Cold anything that is or could be contagious please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are feeling ill.
